چکیده

Rapid detection of lactate as the major fuel source and material to support level blood sugar can open up a new class analysis for nutritionists sports medicine practitioners. Here, rapid user-friendly method monitoring changes in concentration is reported, involving use paper strip coated with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The aqueous extract Satureja hortensis used reduction agent green synthesis AuNPs. Due interaction between NPs flowing across strip, they change color from red purple, which be detected by naked eye. It possible create distance-based sensor, representing these column colored bars on substrate whose length has good linear relationship ranged 1.0 30.0 mM. By recording scanner, sensor response also obtained using an image method, leading calibration curve range 0.5–30.0 resulting limits measurements are found 0.6 0.47 distance measurement methods, respectively. Interestingly, presence interfering species, selective lactate, while showing performance measuring real samples.

A paper based microfluidic device for easy detection of uric acid using positively charged gold nanoparticles.

A paper based microfluidic device is fabricated that can rapidly detect very low concentrations of uric acid (UA) using 3,5,3',5'-tetramethyl benzidine (TMB), H2O2 and positively charged gold nanoparticles ((+)AuNPs). In the presence of (+)AuNPs, H2O2 reacts with TMB to produce a bluish-green colour which becomes colourless on reaction with UA. This colorimetric method can detect as low as 8.1 ...

Highly Sensitive Amperometric Sensor Based on Gold Nanoparticles Polyaniline Electrochemically Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposite for Detection of Nitric Oxide

A sensitive electrochemical sensor was fabricated for selective detection of nitric oxide (NO) based on electrochemically reduced graphene (ErGO)-polyaniline (PANI)-gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) nanocomposite. It was coated on a gold (Au) electrode through stepwise electrodeposition to form AuNPs-PANI-ErGO/Au electrode. The AuNPs-PANI-rGO nanocomposite was characterized by Field Emission Scanning ...

Gold Nanoparticles as a Direct and Rapid Sensor for Sensitive Analytical Detection of Biogenic Amines

A new optical sensor was developed for rapid screening with high sensitivity for the existence of biogenic amines (BAs) in poultry meat samples. Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) with particle size 11-19 nm function as a fast and sensitive biosensor for detection of histamine resulting from bacterial decarboxylation of histidine as a spoilage marker for stored poultry meat. Upon reaction with histamine...

Detection of gold nanoparticles using an immunoglobulin-coated piezoelectric sensor.

Since the existence of nanoparticles in our environment has already attracted considerable attention due to their possible toxic impact on biological systems, the field detection of nanoparticles is becoming a technology that will be much in need. We have constructed a piezoelectric sensor with an antibody-coated electrode. The antiserum can bind gold nanoparticles with a high degree of selecti...
